Government of Manitoba Salesforce Public Sector Implementation

At GOM we helped with the adoption and onboarding of Salesforce into GOM IT Landscape. We worked with GOM Enterprise Architecture team to create the Salesforce Governance and Implementation Standards. Designed multiple departmental implementation like the Environment Stewardship Department, Fisheries Management, and integrations with GOM core systems including ESRI for Geospatial data analysis and mapping, SAP GOM ERP System, and Moneris (GOM Payments Gateway).

Direct Energy Unify Project

At Direct Energy we worked on implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX, replacing many of the desperate systems that existed and utilizing Microsoft BizTalk to implement integrations with other systems, and divisional portals.

Toronto Police Services Paid Duty System

The implementation of TPS Paid Duty System brought fairness in overtime distribution among the force officers, despite their home division or unit, and freed many resources from having to manage the assignment and distribution of paid duty on officers. We implemented the solution at TPS on top of Microsoft stack.

Loblaw Ltd. People Systems Consolidation

When Loblaw Ltd bought Shoppers Drug Mart we designed the migration to Workday and unification of time and attendance systems to Infor, JD WFMR, and Kronos. This was a major shift form the more than 17 time and attendance systems that different Loblaw divisions, companies and terrorizers used before. We created the 5 years people systems roadmap.
